Competitive starting salary and pay progression following completion of training

The role will involve working an alternating double day shift; 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. 40hrs per week.
Applicants should have experience of working in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience of working within the plastics industry is desirable.
Following internal training, the successful candidates will be responsible for the efficient operation of all production lines to meet our customer demands without compromising safety, environmental or quality standards.

  • Experience in the plastics industry

Responsibilities associated with this role:

  • Ability to work in all areas of the production facility, including extrusion and grinding operations
  • Preparation of raw materials
  • Achieve required product throughput to meet production schedules
  • Perform product changeovers to a high standard
  • Accurately complete all documentation required
  • Liaise with the Quality Control Team to help ensure product quality is consistently high
  • Communicate effectively with Production Team Leaders
